TERMS & POLICIES

MEMEBERS, PAYERS, SUBSCRIPTION, & FEE PAYMENT
This site is a subscription based service that provides live-person representative calls daily to our members to check-in with them, provide reminders, or friendship calls. Depending on the plan you choose, you can choose to contact us for the check-in (called our Checkmate Plan) either by calling our toll free number and leaving a brief check-in message, or sending a text or an email to us.
There are no activation fees or contracts. Enrollment comes with 7 day trial. If you do not wish to continue enrollment just cancel within the first 7 days and your card will not be billed. All enrollment information is confidential and used for the sole purpose of providing this service.
A member is someone who is at least 18 years of age( parental consent is required if under age 18), has completed a member enrollment form, provide at least 1 contact, chooses a plan or chooses to customize a plan that meets their needs, and subscribes for the monthly service. Enrollment can be done either online or by calling our number at 1-833-777-1902 during business hours of 8am to 6pm central time. The payer is not always the member. The member is who the service is provided to and the payer is the responsible party paying for the services.
Amazards Communication Call Support Service may modify or revise service plans at its discretion. Subscriptions are automatic month to month and members will be notified if any changes are made that effect the plan of their choosing. Any fee changes will become effective at the beginning of the next new billing cycle and members will be provided these changes and will be given reasonable time to cancel subscription if member chooses. Amazards does hereby reserve the right to cancel, change, or cease any plans whether standard or customized and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation, changes or cessation of any services.
Your subscription and continued use of services constitutes your acceptance of these terms and policies and any such changes, updates, or modifications. Members are advised to frequently review terms & policies. If at any time a member is not in agreement to these terms and policies, member must stop using the provided service. Notify us of such and no further subscription will be billed.
Members must furnish accurate information and provide updated information as necessary. Information received by our members will remain confidential and will not, nor will it ever be used to sell, rent, or lease any of our member's list/names to any third parties. Amazards reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership to anyone who violates any aspect of the terms & policies.
Members agree to pay the subscription fee and are automatically billed each month using the account information provided upon enrollment. Any changes can be made by calling our toll free number 1-833-777-1902. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription preferably with at least a 10 day notice before the next billing date to ensure no further billing is charged. Billing cycles are based on your sign-up date and renew each month on that date. Any changes can be made by calling our toll free number. Fees are non-refundable. Members can cancel at anytime, at which time your subscription will continue until the end of the billing cycle. Cancellations will cease at the end of the current billing cycle. No further billing cycles will be charged. Amazards at its sole discretion can suspend or terminate services and shall not be liable to your or any other third party with regards to the suspension or termination of services.
Members are responsible for any taxes or duties associated with the sale of these services. Members pay subscription fees without any reduction for taxes. If Amazards is obligated to collect or pay taxes, the member will be invoiced for such.
SERVICES
Normal business hours are between 8am and 6pm central standard time. Call times are available outside of normal business times for an additional fee. Please call our toll free number to customize your plan.
Check-in calls are made daily between normal business hours.
Check-in calls made at a designated time are made as close as possible to the requested time and we make no guarantee that calls are made at exact times. All calls are made by a live-person representative and each call is handled appropriately, making each call vary in length. Therefore, minor variances in call times are possible.
The checkmate plan is for those members who call and check-in with us. Members call between normal business hours or email us and provide their name. If check-in is not received by 6pm we will attempt to text or email you and your contact by text or email that a check-in was not made on that day.
Friendship calls are made for those who choose this plan and are 5 minutes in length. Representatives will talk about and inquire about our members, their loved ones, pets, friends, health, interests, hobbies, medications, food/meals, etc.
Any information or statements by Amazards' representatives are not intended to replace professional medical treatment and are advised to always seek the advice of their physician for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Representatives are not health providers.
PLEASE NOTE: CALL YOUR DOCTOR OR 911 FOR ANY EMERGENCIES
Contacts will be notified by way of text and/or email if we are unable to check-in with you, after which, our involvement ends. Amazards is not responsible or held liable for any damages or injuries that may occur as a result of how the members contact handles the situation. Amazards makes no guarantee that we will be able to establish communication with contacts.
PLEASE NOTE: AMAZARDS will make every effort but can not guarantee to continue to provide services during inclement weather, natural disasters, power outages, and the like.
All members/payers agree to insure and hold Amazards Communication Call Support Service, our subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, agents, officers blameless or not liable for any claim or demand to include, but not limited to, settlement cost and reasonable attorney fees, made by any member, payer or third party, which may arise from any content from our site and or our services or your violation of any terms or policies.
You hereby agree not to use and/or display in any manner the Amazards name, logo, website and/or product and service names and shall remain the property of Amazards. Please report any and all violations to 1-833-777-1902/www.amazards.com
