 The indoor MARKET EXPO DAY is an excellent opportunity for you to expand your business.

GARAGE SALE    FARMERS MARKET

Did we mention it's INDOORS!!

-ELECTRICITY IS AVAILABLE. Be sure to bring extension cords and power strip if you need more than 1 outlet.

-WATER IS AVAILABLE IN THE BUILDING BUT NOT TO INDIVIDUAL BOOTHS.

-SECURITY WILL BE PROVIDED TO SERVE AS PROTECTION. When applicable, if items should be left over night, be sure to cover or drape your booth display. The building will be locked after hours. Amazards is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

-Booth spaces are assigned by the Amazard's team. Vendors may make a request by commenting your request on your registration, but we cannot make any guarantees.

-Booth space will be labeled upon vendor arrival.

-Vendor set up day will be the **********************************

-2 vendor passes are allotted with each registration. Additional persons will have to pay entry fee at door just as all other persons. 

-Dimensions of booth size must be adhered to. Vendors will be asked to move all components of booth into allotted space. Tents/overhead structures are permissible as long as they are within your booth space. Amazards team members reserve the right to move it, should it encroach outside of your allotted booth space. Team members will not be responsible or liable for damage to booth items, structure or merchandise of any kind.

-Booth space reservations are non-refundable. Once space has been reserved it is not available for others, so cancellations are not refunded.

-Tables are provided and 1 chair is provided per booth. Additional chairs are available for $3/each, specify when enrolling if you want more chairs. Pay for them morning of expo. If you prefer to use your own tables and or chairs that is allowed but there are no price reductions. Please specify when enrolling if you will be using your own.

- Vendors are expected to be set up and operating the duration of the expo. Visitors/Shoppers are paying a fee to enter and expect to have all vendors available for shopping. Any vendor who does not abide by this rule may be prohibited from any or all future expos. Should an emergency arise, please contact an Amazards team member asap.

-Vendors must provide complete registration form and payment in full before being officially registered. If payment is not made, there is no registration. 

-It is the vendors responsibility to stay informed regarding details, dates, times, fees, rules, etc. by liking the facebook page and monitoring it for updates, changes, etc.

-In the event the expo is cancelled, no refunds will be issued but vendors will receive a credit. Vendors will be able to use credit towards following expo's. Credits are good for one year and will then expire.

-No refunds will be given based on vendor not agreeing with booth assignment nor will any credits be given.

-Be sure your registration is complete and you have paid booth rental in full.

-This is a family event and will be conducted as such. Dress code should be decent. If determined by the Amazards team that it is not decent/family appropriate, you will be asked to change, cover-up, or leave.  NO REFUNDS!!

*Visit our facebook page for up-to-date details!

*No personal pets in the booth area or in the building. Let us know if you have a service animal.

*Handicap or special needs for our vendors, please contact us if you have any questions. This venue can       accommodate most provisions for handicap or special needs.

*Taxes are the responsibility of the vendors. Packets will be available for you to pick up from the Amazard's Team.

*Parking is available, handicap parking is available. Please adhere to no parking areas, any vehicle in violation will    be towed at vehicle owners expense.

*Smoking is permitted outside the building at least 50 feet from any doorway.

*No open flames of any kind.

*No firearems are permitted for sale at the expo.

*No outside food or drinks brought into building. Concessions will be on site.

*No alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs are to be consumed or sold by vendors on the premises at any time.

*Animals for sale or adoption. Contact us with specifics.

*No pornographic or lewd materials for sale or on display at the expo.

*No illegal items of any kind are to be sold or on display at the expo. You will be asked to leave immediately and   the authorities will be notified. No refunds will be given for any fees associated with the expo.

*Vendors are encouraged to carry event insurance for protection in the event of any damage or theft.

*Security will be provided, although neither Amazards, LLC., team members/staff, sponsors, partners, nor owners of either will be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Upon registering into the Expo as a vendor, you agree to hold Amazards LLC harmless of any and all damages to property, merchandise, and or injuries to and/or  by vendors and/or employees of vendors, and/or attendees that are possibly injured at the event. 

*Brand exclusive product vendors will not be guaranteed to any vendors. Every effort will be made to honor the   first one registered or the first right of renewal from previous shows if registered within the first 24 hours after   registration opens.

*Children 12 & under are admitted free.

*Do not mark on or damage tables or chairs in any way. ( tape, markers, holes, etc.) If damaged or broken, vendor will be charged $75 per table and $25 per chair.

***All decisions will be made by the Amazard's team and are the final decision.***

We reserve the right to change, add to, delete, revise, etc. the rules if needed. Any revisions will be posted on our facebook page, website, or at the expo.

In an effort to ensure a variety of booth items, it may be necessary for us to decline your registration for that particular expo.  Should this be necessary, we will contact you and you can elect to have your registration/fees returned to you or applied to next expo date.
